According to the report, it was explained that Chelsea are planning to sign the player as a replacement for Brazilian star Oscar who might be joining Chinese club in January 2017.

Chelsea will now have to pay Real Madrid the sum of £75 million for the possibility of bringing the 25-year-old to Stamford bridge.
